This shower caddy is made really well. The quality is nice and solid material. The instructions are not as clear as they could be, and anything with a tension rod always adds a layer to the installation process. I posted a photo of the instructions and the finished rod. The instructions refer to the Amazon listing to view a video, but the video goes too fast in the parts where you need clarification the most. If you’re like me and plan on installing this caddy without a second person, it’s harder to measure for accuracy. Typically, I’ve never had an issue with a project like this, but again, the instructions left a little to be desired.
Rods A, B, and C are required, but E is not necessarily. (It depends on the desired length)
See which ends of the rods have threading to connect the proper ends together before attempting to assemble.

    1. Most of the labeled letters will face upside down for proper assembly.
    2. The trays slide onto the clips more easily before installing the rod.
    3. I did not use the mounting clips because they didn’t fit seamlessly onto the wall. My caddy is full but not
overloaded with weight. I’ve never had issues previously.
    4. The additional clips are not easy to install, so see where you want to place them before you install them.
This will make your life easier.
    5. The trays are not all level, but still seem fine.

These are the main things I noticed when putting this item together. I showered using it last night, and I had no trouble. The materials are thicker. My last one finally rusted, so I decided to try this one. It was more of a pain to get it figured out and assembled, but it should last a long time, and I don’t think I will have any other issues. I recommend this item, but be patient while putting it together.

Unit comes in a flat box, assembly required. You must measure your space first, select the pole sections you need, assemble them, then install and attach the shelves. A trick is when you are assembling sections B and C, I found it easier to put section B underneath C and send it up through the bottom of C.

Shelves appear sturdy, I did have to bend some of the shelves up or down a touch to get them straight. I do like how the edge of the shelf comes up 2 and 2.5 inches (approximately) which is taller than my old set which came up around 1.5 inches. My old set often had shampoo bottles, etc fall out, I don’t anticipate having that happen with the new unit.

I’m not certain I’d trust the shelves to hold 50 pounds as shown in the pictures, but it should hold anything normal you would store in a shower. Given that a gallon of milk is about 8 pounds, and that’s roughly the size of one shelf, you would really have to be storing something dense to go over 10 pounds.

Overall, I’m very happy with these and expect them to last at least as long as my last one and also to work better.

If you’re like we are, we have accumulated a bunch of bottles of shampoos, conditioners and other stuff in the shower. There’s just not room for everything around the edges of the tub. This shower caddy does an outstanding job of holding and organizing a bunch of things. It’s made of heavy gauge rust-proof metal and firmly stands in the corner holding your stuff. Installation went just fine but it does take a little while to assemble and get into place. Just make sure you read through the clear instructions first before starting, it’ll save you time in experimenting with what goes where. A strong spring-loaded section is what holds it in place between the tub and ceiling. Comes with two clips on sticky pads to reinforce the middle of the pole so that it’s extra secure. Black finish looks good with almost anything. Glad we got it!

My sister and I recently moved into an apartment together, and we both have very specific and different hair and skin care routines. We had too many products to fit on the tiny ledge our shower has, so I got this! It is perfect for being able to hold all of our different products and fits perfectly in the corner between the ceiling and the top of our bathtub.

This shower caddy was easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. It really is adjustable for various heights. There is plenty of room for all of my shower supplies. I wasn’t sure if it would work since I don’t have square corners, but it did. It looks nice and I am very happy with it.

I got this for the guest bath. At the time, my wife had a wire basket that hung over the shower head. It was small, and I didn’t like water dripping down upon things when turning off the water. This shower caddy was easy to put together. Just follow the instructions. It is well made and not flimsy. The internal spring provides plenty of tension. I did not use the mounting clips, which are clear plastic and are supposed to attach to the wall with the adhesive back. I didn’t use them because I didn’t like the look, and I could not position the rod close enough to the wall to allow them to be used. I was confident there was enough vertical tension to keep the caddy in place without them. The baskets attach firmly to the mounting brackets, and there is no inherent sag or sway.

My only complaint is that it is only available in black. Otherwise, I found no fault with it, but I cannot attest to the cosmetic durability of it at this time. I thought it deserved the 5 stars.

I got this to put in my kids’ bathroom. For the most part, assembly was fairly simple. There was one section that the instructions were confusing about how to put together, so that took some time and cause a little bit of frustration. I did eventually figure it out and got it all installed. I like that the baskets can be positioned anywhere as needed and there are included hooks that can be hung on any of the baskets or not used at all. The adhesive tabs help to add stability and overall the caddy feels pretty secure in place. Everything is metal and coated so I am hopeful that it won’t rust. Overall, I am happy with this shower caddy.

Edit: company made contact to see how to improve the product.

Good quality with thick sturdy baskets. Baskets are to short and bottles just fall over or fall out of the baskets.

It is made with high quality material to hold all the showing containers steadily and it looks stylish as well. Installation is very easy. Love the buy.

I recently installed the LAMU Corner Shower Caddy Tension Pole in my bathroom, and it’s been a game-changer. This shower caddy fits perfectly in the corner and can adjust to heights between 29 and 111 inches, making it very versatile for different shower spaces.

The tension pole design, combined with the adhesive clamp, ensures that the caddy stays securely in place without any wobbling. The four-tier adjustable shelves provide ample storage for all my shower essentials, and the additional four hooks are perfect for hanging loofahs and razors.

Made from thick rustproof steel, the caddy not only looks sleek in black but also promises durability and longevity. It’s been holding up well against the moisture and hasn’t shown any signs of rust or wear.

Overall, the LAMU Corner Shower Caddy Tension Pole is an excellent addition to any bathroom. It maximizes space, is easy to install, and offers sturdy, rustproof storage for all your shower needs. Highly recommended!

I ordered two of these. one for my husband and one for myself since we have a tandem shower. They were pretty easy to put together following the instructions. yes, the baskets were difficult to clamp into place by hand, BUT i used and adjustable wrench to hold the clip in place while i gently tapped on the basket with a rubber mallet and it went on easy peasy! i honestly didnt experience ANY of the difficulties putting it together as other reviewers have stated. these worked out well and fit perfectly in our shower.

Hi, this Shower Corner Caddy with Tension Pole was easy to set up using the included instructions. Before putting this together, I 1st measured the length from the floor to the ceiling, to make the process easier to pick from on the instruction manual there are different sizes and a couple of different ways to set up this if you are using taller or shorter areas.
I really love how versatile this is that where you can put it in your kitchen, your bathroom, living room, garage, this is literally can go anywhere and takes up very little space!!
Right now I have it outside of my shower but I might still put it inside.
The show seems dirty and do not seem like they will move at all, they hold a good amount of weight and I can fit multiple different products on one shelf.
I like the 4 included hooks made for hanging up items.
This comes with two adhesive hooks to secure the pole to the wall or to the shower wall for added durability and security.
This is a very nice product and I would like to order another one.
I I’m happy with this order and I recommend this product to anyone looking for added shelving and storage that does not take up much space at all.
Thanks for reading and I hope that the pictures and video helps.

So, there’s a bit of a thing when assembling this. The segments are labeled A through E. You use A, B, C, several Ds, and maybe an E. Segment B gets shoved into Segment C. I say it that way, because you have to use some force to get them together. Then, once all segments are screwed together, you have to adjust how far B is into C. (Sorry, that sounds kinda dirty!) Our floor to ceiling height was 8 ft 1/2 in. You add 2.4 inches to that to get the overall height. (We didn’t have to use Segment E.) So, you slide B in or out to get to … in my case … 8′ 3″. Then, turn B until it tightens in C. Then, smash the plunger in A and get it vertical. It’s actually easy to install. Getting B into C was the hardest part, because it’s a tight fit. We stress tested once shelf with the heaviest crap we could find, and it held it great. Much better than the plastic unit we had.

instructions were a bit odd and confusing, but its because its so versatile to different heights. Once installed though it was well made and looks really nice and is holding up nicely. just have to get it tight enough.

Originally this was purchased for our new place guest bathroom, however we were unable to use do to the design of the shower. Nevertheless, we found a different use for it. We ended up putting it together to be a corner organizer for our bedroom. My husband was able to put each piece together with ease. All ot takes is a twist to get everything align, no tools required. Surprisingly, caddy had the height for a 9ft ceiling. The shelves snap right in place, can be placed/separated however you like, and are sturdy to hold items up to 25lbs it seems. The brass colors blends well with our bedroom furniture. I’d advise to not overlook it’s use because never would I had imagined using this outside of a bathroom.

I was worried that this wouldn’t fit our very high ceilings but it actually does! We needed the 108″ length and this feels super sturdy even at such a length. It was surprisingly easy to assemble and install and I appreciated the extra adhesive supports just in case. The caddy feels sturdy without them but gives me a peace of mind.

Ok. So I open this product and it has directions that simply show the parts and then a fully assembled product. It really isn’t too hard to assemble but I had to backtrack a few times when it later became obvious I missed a step. This could be easily avoided with even just slightly better directions/illustrations. The good news is everything was made well and fit together as it should in the end. When you see the rings for the pole, you will think they are too big and will never securely hold up a shelf. Actually they fit into a groove in the shelf and the whole thing tightens appropriately. The shelves are full adjustable, hold big and heavy bottles and drain water. The pole seems nice, tight and sturdy in the shower. This is a really good product but the directions STINK.

My bathroom was very disorganized before getting this shower caddy. I had a small shelf unit but it just made the bathroom feel smaller. This tension rod caddy is adjustable and actually reached my bathroom’s high ceiling. So far pretty sturdy and holds all of my various bath accessories.

I recently replaced two 20-year-old shower caddies with two new corner caddies. That gives me a chance to compare four different caddies and see how this one stacks up. This LAMU caddy seems like the best of the bunch. It has a rubbery flat stopper at the top and bottom to help keep it in place, and the poles fit together more snugly, which means less bowing in the middle. The shelves are made of solid wire and seem well-made. The old caddies had an o-ring to hold the shelves in place, while this one uses a clamping system. That seems like a better design, and I think these shelves will stay put better than the old ones. Overall, this caddy seems very well-made, and I think it will last just as long as the old ones, or maybe even longer.

I recently purchased this four-corner shower tension rod, and I’m very pleased with it. Assembly was a breeze, and I absolutely love the stylish design. The adjustable shelves are a great feature, and the extra adhesives ensure it stays securely in place. For the price, it offers plenty of storage space and is very easy to clean. Highly recommend!

As others have said, this caddy is a bit difficult to put together. I also had a piece missing or one of the pieces was just incorrect, not sure. Not an issue for me since I still had all the pieces I needed to make it fit in my shower. After the assembly process, install was easy and it looks really great in my shower. I’m so happy to get all the soap bottles elevated and on shelves making it easier to dry. It honestly feels like I have a new shower.

We have bought lots of these over the years and this is by far the best!!! It’s very sturdy and even holds my big pump shampoo bottles on the top shelf and you can actually use the pump with them on the shelf! It’s made very nice and the instructions are actually readable. Just measure and put together but you might not need all the parts. Don’t hesitate definitely order this one!!

  23. janet

It works but not as big as our last 1. It does still hold my mega shampoo & conditioner bottles

  24. Gwen A

We have a weird shower that has two steps down into it. The ceiling is high and this fits perfectly in the corner. The shelves are sturdy and hold quite a bit. It’s not super easy to put together but once you figure it out it’s fine. It’s black and looks nice in the corner.

  25. Remi Braff

This is one of those tension rods that have a weird learning curve to install, but once you figure it out, it’s great and it fits a REALLY tall space. That said, I’ve gotten enough of these so that I kind of have the cheat code, but it’s hard to explain. Definitely follow the directions but instead of installing it with “A” at the top, I turned it upside down and installed it with “A” at the bottom. It was WAY easier to twist and adjust especially if you’re still tweaking the height you need. Installing it with “A” at the top means you’re trying to reach up to get it in the right position which makes no sense. Once you start putting it together, this description will make sense. I’ve had enough of these (3 so far) so that it seems installing it upside down is the best way to get it up without wanting to throw the whole contraption out the window. Definitely utilize the sticky “pole holders” if you have a very tall ceiling. It tends to bow outward if you don’t. I’ve been using mine for plants and they can get pretty heavy and this has held up well. My only issue with this one is that a couple of the shelves aren’t level so they look crooked. Once the plants grow over it, it probably won’t be noticeable. Not a deal breaker, just something to take note of. Overall, I love these and I’ll definitely be getting more to help store my plant collection. Maybe I’ll even use them for a shower one day.. lol

  26. This did NOT fit my gen 5 maddogg

Super heavy duty just amazing that’s when I ever bought

the quality is really good and im very HAPPY

  28. EC

Was easy enough for my teens to install in the bathroom that they only use. It looks really nice. I’m most impressed that it is still staying up strong after a month considering it is supporting nearly 700 bottles of Bath & Body Works products on it. Just kidding (obviously), but it is impressively sturdy and holds up well.

  29. Carlson Engineering, Inc.

The additional clips make this worthwhile. The baskets are roomy enough for my kids to store their stuff. The thicker wires give me warm fuzzies about the robustness of the baskets. My kids think without the adhesive clips, it would not hold up well.

  30. Amazon Customer

Doesn’t look cheap, very easy to assemble, not flimsy at all and holds all our products. I love it.

  31. Doris Woods

It works correctly, looks good in my NEW shower

  32. Janet

I just put it together today. There was one step that was a bit confusing, but I was able to figure it out.
I like the support clips, they make it very sturdy.
